Tech gifts for someone who already knows everything

36 gifts in this list ₪33.79 – ₪473 Updated 26/10/2026

Buying a gadget for someone who knows tech is a trap: they've read the reviews, they already know the best model at their budget, and if they wanted it they've probably bought it.

So the right angle isn't the main device but what sits around it, or a category they haven't considered. A good power bank, a small wall projector, a simple drone, camera accessories or a retro console — things tech people enjoy but rarely buy for themselves.

Watch the price floor: in tech, quality drops off a cliff below a certain point. Decent wireless earbuds start around ₪80, a worthwhile portable speaker around ₪100, and a usable projector around ₪250. Below that, pick a different category rather than compromising.

Before you buy

  • Don't buy the main device they already chose — buy the accessory they kept postponing.
  • Check compatibility: USB-C vs Lightning, Android vs iOS, and which console they own.
  • In tech, go up a price tier and down in quantity. One good item beats three mediocre ones.
  • For anything with a battery, look for thousands of sales — that's where battery problems show up in reviews.

Prices and availability come from AliExpress and may change. The price on AliExpress at checkout is the one that counts.
